Role Description AvantGarde is seeking an experienced Human Resources Consultant to support a potential client by providing strategic HR guidance, compliance support, and employee relations expertise. The ideal candidate will serve as a trusted advisor to leadership and provide practical solutions that promote compliance, consistency, and organizational effectiveness. - Conduct HR compliance reviews and recommend corrective actions. - Audit personnel files and identify missing documentation and best practice improvements. - Review and update employee handbooks to ensure compliance with applicable employment laws and current workplace practices. - Evaluate and update job descriptions. - Provide compensation benchmarking and market analysis recommendations. - Develop onboarding processes and procedures. - Revise performance management tools to support meaningful employee feedback. - Provide guidance regarding employee relations matters and risk management issues. - Deliver training to supervisors on performance management, documentation, coaching, disciplinary actions, and terminations. - Provide training on effective communication, emotional intelligence, and leadership development. - Respond to HR-related questions from designated staff and leadership. - Partner with management to recommend practical and compliant HR solutions. Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred. - Minimum of 7 years of progressive Human Resources experience. - Strong knowledge of federal and Texas employment laws and HR best practices. - Experience conducting HR audits, policy reviews, and employee relations investigations. - Experience developing performance management programs and onboarding processes. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality. Requirements - SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR certification preferred. - Experience supporting nonprofit organizations. - Experience delivering leadership and supervisory training. - Compensation analysis and workforce planning experience. Work Location Remote with occasional travel, if required. Position Status This position is contingent upon contract award.

Job Description Avant Garde federal consulting team is seeking a Cost Estimating and Price Analysis Subject Matter Expert (SME) to support acquisition and financial management functions. This is a fully remote position and contingent upon contract award. Key Responsibilities • Provide day to day cost estimating and price analysis support across a range of federal contractual instruments including micro purchases, task orders, and large contracts • Develop Independent Government Cost Estimates (IGCEs) using accepted methodologies • Draft cost proposal instructions and develop price evaluation plans • Perform cost and price analysis for proposals, quotes, and bids • Conduct cost realism and price reasonableness evaluations • Prepare price analysis documentation and memoranda • Support contract administration activities including option pricing, variance analysis, and invoice review • Maintain and enhance historical cost databases and recommend process improvements Skills & Requirements Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution or equivalent coursework in business related fields • Extensive experience performing cost and price analysis within federal acquisition environments • Strong knowledge of FAR and DFARS cost principles • Experience supporting both pre award and post award pricing activities • Advanced Excel and strong analytical skills required • Experience developing and maintaining cost databases preferred Work Environment • Primarily remote, office based work • Sedentary role with occasional light lifting or movement of equipment
