• Design scalable AWS architectures for data platforms, ML workloads, and generative AI (GenAI) solutions • Lead the implementation and operation of data pipelines, MLOps setups, and GenAI solutions • Ensure security, performance, and reliability in production environments • Build and operate end-to-end ML workflows • Deploy and maintain ML models using AWS SageMaker • Implement Generative AI use cases using AWS Bedrock • Advise customers on pragmatic and responsible use of GenAI • Act as a trusted technical advisor to customers • Support pre-sales activities and run technical workshops • Translate complex technical concepts into clear business value • Mentor junior colleagues • Contribute to internal standards, best practices, and training programs
• Responsible for the architecture, design, and implementation of modern cloud solutions • Lead and execute AWS cloud migration projects • Migrate applications, infrastructure, and databases to AWS • Automate cloud environments and deployments • Serve as a technical sparring partner for client teams
• Take technical ownership for AWS cloud-based Data, ML & AI solutions • Build and operate end-to-end ML workflows • Design and implement modern data architectures and data pipelines • Deploy and maintain ML models using AWS SageMaker • Implement Generative and Agentic AI use cases using the AWS ecosystem • Guide customers on how to adopt GenAI pragmatically and responsibly • Act as a trusted technical advisor for customers • Support pre-sales activities and technical workshops • Translate complex technical concepts into clear business value • Mentor junior colleagues • Contribute to internal standards, best practices and trainings
• Lead and implement AWS cloud migration projects • Design and build secure landing zones • Migrate applications, infrastructure and databases to AWS • Support cutovers and production go-lives with a strong focus on stability and security • Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines • Implement Infrastructure as Code (Terraform) • Automate cloud environments and deployments • Ensure observability using monitoring, logging and alerting tools • Migrate and operate containerized workloads using Kubernetes (EKS) or ECS/Fargate • Improve reliability, scalability and performance of workloads • Act as a trusted technical counterpart for customer teams • Support migration scoping and technical estimations • Clearly communicate trade-offs and architectural decisions

• You acquire new customers in the DACH region and strategically develop existing accounts, including cross-selling and upselling our AWS services and consulting offerings. • You are responsible for deals end-to-end, from prospecting and discovery through negotiation to closing. • Together with our founders and the sales team, you develop and execute account and go-to-market strategies. • You build long-term relationships with decision-makers and position both our company and AWS as strategic enablers of business transformation. • You work closely with AWS teams to accelerate deals and expand our joint market presence.
