• Arquitetura de Micro-frontends: Sustentar e evoluir nossa arquitetura baseada em monorepos, garantindo a modularização e reuso de componentes. • Desenvolvimento Core: Atuar com React, Next.js (App Router) e TypeScript para criar interfaces complexas e responsivas. • Performance e SEO: Otimizar aplicações com foco em Core Web Vitals e estratégias avançadas de renderização (ISR/SSR). • Design System: Contribuir para a evolução do nosso Design System, aplicando conceitos de Material Design e Tailwind CSS. • Governança e Qualidade: Participar ativamente de Code Reviews, definir padrões de linter e garantir a cobertura de testes (unitários e integração). • Colaboração Técnica: Trabalhar em conjunto com arquitetos e líderes técnicos para definir a fundação de novos módulos e ferramentas internas.

• Work with multidisciplinary teams to understand product needs, strategy, and execution, including development, testing and feature acceptance. • Design new products and features for our platforms, translating real business and client operational pain points into scalable and reproducible AI solutions. • Collaborate with the team and stakeholders to create flows and interfaces, documentation, and discovery processes. • Document projects for handover to the Products area, clarifying where and how AI integrates with our products. • Develop a clear product vision and align short- and long-term strategies with the company’s objectives. • Manage expectations and needs of different stakeholders, including internal teams, customers, and executive leadership. • Monitor product performance metrics to assess success and identify areas for improvement. • Specify product requirements and features, working closely with design and development teams to ensure successful delivery. • Prioritize product enhancements based on user value and strategic objectives, considering time constraints and delivery capacity. • Lead generative AI projects from scope to delivery, overseeing the entire product lifecycle both internally and externally. • Communicate progress, risks, and learnings clearly to leadership and teams. • Serve as the Products focal point for agent-based solutions. • Drive experimentation with Agent solutions: formulate hypotheses and test value propositions that generate new revenue streams from concept and discovery through to MVP.

• Plan and write integration, functional, and automated tests. • Define test scenarios and write software documentation. • Work in partnership with the development team, monitoring and ensuring delivery quality. • Ability to work in an agile team (Scrum/Kanban) and strong technical communication skills. • Automate tests for front-end and back-end. • Test REST APIs using tools such as Postman, Swagger, or SoapUI. • Collaborate with developers to align tests with system requirements. • Apply effective test automation strategies.
