Title: Structural Modeller Location: Melbourne Australia Job Description: Want to bring ideas to life? You're in the right place. Our structural team is growing, and we're looking for a Structural Modeller to support delivery across a strong and diverse project pipeline. How will your ideas contribute to shaping what's next? You'll join a collaborative team of engineers and modellers, contributing to the delivery of high-quality structural design outcomes across a strong and active pipeline of work. This role goes beyond traditional drafting. You'll work closely with engineers to translate design intent into detailed, buildable BIM models, supporting coordinated and practical design delivery. You'll be supported by experienced senior modellers and engineers, with opportunities to further develop your technical capability and experience in a multi-discipline consulting environment. Here are the key things you will do to 'bring ideas to life': - Develop high-quality 3D structural models and drawings using Revit - Translate engineering designs into coordinated, buildable models and documentation - Collaborate with structural engineers, architects and multidisciplinary teams - Support project delivery across buildings and infrastructure sectors - Contribute to resolving design coordination challenges - Work within a BIM environment, supporting model coordination and integration - Continue to develop your technical skills under the guidance of senior team members What we're looking for: - Approximately 2-4 years' experience in structural modelling - Strong proficiency in Revit (essential) - Experience working on buildings or infrastructure projects - Background in an engineering consultancy environment - Understanding of structural drawings and design intent - Ability to work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams - Exposure to BIM processes or coordination tools such as ACC, Navisworks and Revizto (preferred) - Eligibility for Defence Baseline clearance (preferred) How will your future be shaped by us? This is an exciting opportunity for a Hydrology & Flooding engineer to join our NSW Hydrology & Flooding Team in Sydney/Newcastle.
