Position Working Student – Business & Data Analyst The Role - Supporting within the Finance department by building and maintaining the financial reporting system - Support in maintaining and further development of the company’s BI ecosystem - Using your analytical skills to find and diagnose technical and data-related issues - Contributing to better reporting, monitoring, and alerting systems, improving data visibility for data, and business stakeholders WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR - Currently enrolled in computer science, business informatics or a comparable education or related degree or masters program - First experience of SQL and ideally of data analysis in Python - Good understanding on key BI concepts (dashboards, datatables, pipelines and connections, etc.) - Interested to experiment with AI tools on data analysis (Claude, Copilot, OpenAI) - Basic experiences in working with CRM systems (Zoho is a plus) - Proficiency in Excel - Fluent German skills + fluent English skills required - A proactive, team-oriented, and structured working style WHAT WE OFFER - A flexible working schedule to accommodate your studies - A supportive and collaborative work environment - The opportunity to develop essential Business & Data Analyst skills and gain real-world experience
