• Build, maintain, and prioritize structured outreach lists (target companies, decision-makers, contact info) in spreadsheets and our CRM • Research and identify accurate contact information for key decision-makers (CEOs and other leaders) at target companies • Execute volume email outreach campaigns, customizing messaging based on each prospect's specific situation • Track outreach status, replies, and follow-ups, keeping the pipeline clean and up to date • Continuously refine target lists and messaging based on response rates and feedback from the team • Hand off warm responses and qualified conversations to the Partnerships/Growth lead for next steps

• Upload, manage, and monitor paid campaigns across platforms like Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, and Google Display Network • Assist with remarketing and audience targeting campaigns • Coordinate creative uploads, ad copy updates, and campaign changes • Monitor campaign performance and flag opportunities for optimization • Help maintain reporting dashboards and track key performance metrics • Work with the marketing and creative teams to launch new campaigns quickly • Use AI tools to improve workflow efficiency, generate ideas, and support campaign execution

• Own and execute Atom’s SEO and organic growth strategy • Identify scalable opportunities to increase qualified organic traffic • Improve technical SEO across a large-scale marketplace environment • Build and optimize landing page, content, and internal linking strategies • Develop systems for scalable SEO growth, including AI-assisted workflows and automation • Conduct deep competitor analysis and identify strategic gaps • Improve search visibility across traditional search and AI-driven search experiences • Work closely with engineering and product teams on technical SEO initiatives • Monitor performance, identify growth opportunities, and drive experimentation • Focus on business impact and conversions—not vanity metrics alone

• Support the PR function across day-to-day execution including media list building, outreach, press materials, and campaign execution • Research relevant journalists, editors, and outlets in business, tech, and startup media • Maintain and organize media lists in a shared tracker • Help segment lists by topic, beat, and campaign • Send pitches and follow-ups using pre-written messaging and templates • Track outreach activity and journalist responses • Assist in updating press releases, pitch templates, and briefing documents • Light writing support (not strategy creation) • Help coordinate media outreach around product launches and announcements • Support scheduling and logistics for PR campaigns • Maintain simple spreadsheets tracking outreach and coverage • Log responses, opens, and placements
