We are looking for a Therapist QMHP BH Bilingual who demonstrates this mission and wants to work for an organization that makes a difference in the community. What you will be doing? The bilingual Therapist QMHP is responsible for the provision of case management and counseling services to clients who are diagnosed with persistent mental illness and translate into Spanish when needed. Therapist QMHP are expected to work with a team of behavioral health service providers within the agency to ensure a positive client centered approach. The Bilingual Therapist is responsible for developing and implementing individual treatment plans utilizing the IM+CANS to maximize the clients’ independent community living skills. The Bilingual Therapist must complete documentation of mental health services provided in accordance with state and agency standards as applicable. The Bilingual Therapist is expected to promote client wellness through coaching, counseling, consultation, motivational enhancement, and information and referral services to clients facing various health challenges, as needed. This job position may have some work components that can be performed remotely. Remote work arrangements are not a right or entitlement of employment. Attendance at scheduled work hours including evening hours Provide effective individual, couples, & family counseling, as assigned Complete clinical assessments that meet the requirements of program funders and applicable administrative rules Refer clients for community-based case management services as needed Complete required documentation (IM+CANS, documentation including encounters, consents) on a timely basis Meet minimum service hours provision/billing standards. Acquire and maintain required certifications and trainings Abide by AID’s Code of Ethics, policies, and procedures Maintain professional judgment and performance regardless of personal issues Complete treatment plan development meetings with clients. Obtain input from consumers and other stakeholders on how to improve service provision Provide outcome evaluation data to supervisor Maintain a positive professional working relationship with agencies and other stakeholders Maintain a positive professional working relationship with coworkers Provide documentation to primary staff to assist client in maintaining public entitlements as applicable. Assist clients in obtaining/maintaining public entitlements Participate in agency committees as assigned Provide counseling/therapy services to clients who prefer to engage in services in their home, community, or office setting. Essential Job Responsibilities - Work scheduled hours and be flexible to meet client and program needs. - Provide independent program coverage when scheduled. - Ensure compliance with all agency, state, and federal regulations while providing services. - Facilitate communications and coordination of services with other AID staff and professionals in the community. - Maintain professionalism and good boundaries when working with clients, coworkers, and outside agencies. - Meet minimum service hour provision productivity standards (MRO) monthly. - Complete all required case management documentation on a timely basis. - Meet with all assigned clients on a regular basis depending on program and client needs. - Develop, review, and revise the IM+CANS and complete corrections within the timeframe allotted. - Assist clients with activities of daily living and provide client training consistent with treatment goals. - Provide guidance to MHP and RSA staff regarding implementation of IM+CANS goals/objectives. - Monitor and report safety of clients’ living arrangements. - Acquire and maintain required trainings and certifications. - Assist clients in paying bills, budgeting, and banking per program procedure. - Complete authorizations, reauthorizations, and spend-down paperwork in a timely fashion. - Update Cx360 with corrections whenever necessary. - Attend monthly clinical supervisions per DHS requirement. - Recognize emergency situations and take appropriate action. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Human Services or related field required. - Experience working in social services required. Role Description The VP – Capital Development & Asset Management will play a crucial role in ensuring the success and sustainability of AID properties and other assets while maintaining compliance with relevant regulations. This role is responsible for ensuring that property and other assets are well-maintained and financially optimized. - Oversee the day-to-day operations of residential and commercial properties, including tenant relations, lease management, and maintenance. - Oversee funding compliance on all housing and programmatic properties including HOME, CHDO, LIHTC, SRN, HUD 811, Project Based Vouchers, NSP, RHSP/LTOS, and other grant and governmental resources. - Oversee the financial performance of the properties, including budgeting, expense control, and revenue generation. - Manage all waiting lists, tenant selection plans, and affirmative marketing plans across all programs. - Monitor and ensure compliance with HUD regulations, LIHTC program requirements, and all applicable federal, state, and local laws. Manage HUD/IHDA/Other audits/compliance monitoring. Serve as primary liaison during IHDA, HUD, and third-party compliance audits. - Conduct regular property inspections to assess property condition, safety, and overall appearance. - Supervise Maintenance Department (which includes Fleet Management) to ensure properties are well-maintained and necessary repairs are promptly addressed. - Address and resolve tenant concerns, complaints, and legal issues in a timely and professional manner. - Supervise procurement and purchasing/delivery of basic foods, cleaning and office supplies, furniture and other applicable items. - Work with President & CEO to identify, plan, and capital stock development for housing and/or facility development. Includes public relations, and developing relationships with local, state and federal elected officials. Qualifications - Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Finance, Construction Management, or a related field required. - Master’s degree (MBA or related advanced degree) strongly preferred. - Fair Housing Certification required at time of hire or must be obtained within six (6) months of hire as a condition of continued employment. - Relevant industry credentials (e.g., Property Management, Asset Management, Housing Compliance, or Development certifications) preferred. - 8+ years of progressive experience in real estate development, affordable housing, asset management, or capital planning. - Demonstrated executive-level oversight of capital planning, asset preservation, and long-term portfolio strategy. - Proven experience ensuring compliance with Fair Housing laws and federal housing regulations, including HUD 811, HOME, and other applicable funding sources. - Experience overseeing tenant selection plan compliance and mitigating regulatory and legal risk across a multi-site portfolio. - Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams, manage external vendors, and represent the organization in regulatory, audit, and funding agency environments. - Government regulatory experience highly preferred. - Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for budgeting, financial tracking, and data analysis, along with strong Microsoft Word skills for preparing reports and formal documents. - Knowledge of project management required. Requirements - Ability to conduct property and facility site visits, including walking properties, climbing stairs, accessing mechanical areas, and occasionally lifting or moving items weighing up to 50 pounds as part of facility oversight. - Position requires the use of the employee’s personal automobile, a valid driver’s license, and the minimum amount of automobile liability insurance as defined by AID’s personnel policies. - Position requires the use of the employee’s cell phone.
