Overview: We are a well-established real estate appraisal firm looking for a certified real estate appraiser to join our team on a part-time basis. We are seeking an experienced certified real estate appraiser to prepare market value appraisals for residential real estate properties. As a certified appraiser, you will be responsible for analyzing property information and market trends and providing accurate and detailed appraisal reports in compliance with industry standards and regulations. Job Responsibilities: - Inspect properties and gather data from property stakeholders - Analyze and evaluate market trends and conditions to determine property values - Produce accurate and detailed appraisal reports in compliance with industry standards and regulations - Maintain current knowledge of real estate trends and industry regulations - Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients and stakeholders - Participate in company training programs and stay up to date with industry best practices - Work collaboratively with team members to ensure high-quality appraisals and client satisfaction Qualifications: - Bachelor's Degree or associate degree in a related field - Must be a certified real estate appraiser in good standing - Minimum of 5 years experience completing residential appraisal assignments - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills - Strong attention to detail and accuracy - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Proficiency with appraisal software and tools - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Valid driver's license and reliable transportation - Willingness to travel to different locations for property inspections - Ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment Total compensation for this role includes 60% of the revenue generated for each completed order, plus a $50 incentive for every order completed beyond 35 in a calendar month. The benefits package includes $10,000 in employer-sponsored life insurance, health insurance, a 401(k) with employer match, and 100 hours of PTO accrued annually with increases based on length of service.
