Role Description Using a list of prospects that we provide, you will reach out to commercial customers in our service area across New England. Your job is to call decision-makers, explain that we can help lower their energy bills and cover a significant portion of project costs through available utility funding programs, and book a free building assessment to see if they qualify. Qualifications - Resilience — you handle rejection, reset, and keep dialing - Clear communication — you explain programs, incentives, and value in plain language - Persistence and adaptability — it often takes multiple calls to reach the right person, and once they understand the offer, most want the free assessment - Accuracy and accountability — you record every call, contact, and outcome in Salesforce without exception - Strong Microsoft skills – Word, Excel, and Outlook are essential Requirements - Payment for each appointment - For energy efficiency opportunities, you will also earn additional commission for each appointment that turns into a sale and installation. Instant savings options do not qualify.
