Qualifications - Minimum 4 years of professional software engineering experience in a full-time role. - At least 3 years of professional software development experience building and maintaining production web applications. - Proven track record building and maintaining production web applications. - Proven experience developing distributed systems. - Hands-on experience across the full software development lifecycle including design, implementation, testing, deployment, and maintenance. - Strong proficiency in Go programming language and ecosystem tools. - Experience integrating third-party APIs and external services. - Practical knowledge of application security best practices. Role Description Ensure the quality, stability, and reliability of company’s fintech and blockchain-based products by implementing structured testing processes, identifying defects, and supporting continuous product improvement across web and mobile platforms. - Test planning and test case development. - Manual and automated testing of web and mobile applications. - Bug tracking and quality documentation. - Cross-functional collaboration with Product and Engineering teams. - Continuous improvement of testing strategies and QA processes. - Monitoring and validation of fixes and releases. Qualifications - 2+ years of experience in QA testing (fintech or technology sector preferred). - Experience in manual testing of web applications; mobile testing experience is an advantage. - Understanding of QA methodologies, test planning, and defect lifecycle management. - Experience with bug tracking systems (e.g., Jira or similar tools). - Experience testing REST APIs (Postman or similar tools). - Understanding of HTTP methods, status codes, authentication. - Familiarity with automated testing tools is a plus. - Strong analytical and documentation skills. - Fluent Russian and English (written and verbal).
