• We are building a talent pool for future opportunities in Commercial Consulting across different regions of Brazil. • Consultative work with franchisees, monitoring commercial indicators, store operations, sell-in and sell-out strategies, financial management, and improving unit performance. • Responsible for commercial relationships with multibrand partners, developing a client portfolio, tracking sales, commercial negotiations, and expanding the brand’s presence in the region. • Focused on management and performance of company-owned stores, monitoring KPIs, team development, retail operations, and customer experience. • Responsible for prospecting and developing new business opportunities, market analysis, mapping strategic regions, and operation expansion. • Ensure execution of the brand’s commercial strategy; • Monitor commercial and financial targets and KPIs; • Develop consultative relationships with partners and operations; • Prepare action plans to improve results; • Conduct frequent in-person visits; • Monitor inventory, sell-in and sell-out; • Develop commercial strategies and growth opportunities; • Support training and team development; • Prepare reports and management analyses; • Act strategically on customer experience and operational performance.
