• Manage sales territory to meet or exceed sales goals • Meet regularly with all distributors in territory • Assist in the development of company sales strategies and implement them through the territory • Develop and implement sales strategies to increase sales through our distribution partners • Maximize the sell in of new products • Work to increase the number of products being offered by each distributor • Improve product positioning on their website • Form strategic partnerships with key distributors in territory • Identify key distributors in terms of current/future strategic partnering opportunities • Maintain and grow commodity business to support strategic partnerships • Gather, analyze and present market and competitive intelligence • Develop an effective working relationship with all departments in the company • Utilize CRM (Salesforce) for account management and new opportunities • Strategic application of artificial intelligence (AI) tools and technologies to drive business outcomes
Architectural Sales Representative

• The Architectural Sales Representative is responsible for driving profitable growth, expanding market presence, and strengthening customer relationships across an assigned territory while supporting multiple Architectural Metals brands and solutions. • This role partners closely with architects, glazing contractors, general contractors, distributors, owners, and other key influencers throughout the project lifecycle to position Architectural Metals products and services early in the design and specification process. • This position plays a critical role in identifying new business opportunities, supporting strategic accounts, influencing specifications, and delivering a strong customer experience through collaboration with internal engineering, estimating, operations, and customer support teams. • Work with Regional Sales Manager to develop and execute territory plans aligned with regional growth objectives. • Identify, qualify, and pursue project opportunities and leads across assigned markets and customer segments. • Drive specification activity and increase brand presence within the architectural and construction community. • Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, owners, glazing contractors, distributors, and strategic partners. • Support customer issue resolution and ensure a high level of responsiveness and follow-through.
