Role Description We are seeking motivated, coachable individuals to join our team as Entry-Level Life and Health Insurance Agents. This is a fully remote position with inbound leads provided — no cold calling required. You’ll receive comprehensive training and support to help families secure the protection they need through: - Term life insurance - Whole life insurance - IULs (Indexed Universal Life) - Health insurance - Critical illness coverage Key Responsibilities - Consult with inbound leads to understand their needs and recommend suitable life and health insurance solutions - Educate clients on coverage options in a clear, honest, and pressure-free manner - Guide clients through the application and underwriting process - Build long-term relationships by providing exceptional service - Consistently follow up with leads and clients to help them make informed decisions - Work toward personal production goals while contributing to team success Qualifications - Entry-level candidates welcome — no prior insurance experience required - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Self-motivated with a desire to help others - Coachable and eager to learn - Reliable with access to a computer, internet, and phone - Must be willing to obtain a Life and Health insurance license (we’ll guide you through the process) - Sales or customer service experience is a plus but not required Benefits - 100% Remote Work – Work from the comfort of your home - Inbound Leads Provided – No cold calling or prospecting required - High Commission Structure – Earn 80% – 145% on policies sold (first-year commission) - Residual Income – Earn ongoing renewal commissions on certain policies for true passive income potential - Uncapped Commissions – No limit on how much you can earn - Career Growth – Clear path to advance into leadership and management roles as you develop your skills and production - Comprehensive training and ongoing mentorship - Access to multiple top-rated insurance carriers - Flexible schedule with the ability to build your own book of business Compensation This is a commission-only position with high earning potential and no cap.
