Role Description Apex Dental Laboratory Group is growing and looking for a driven Inside Sales Representative who thrives on building relationships, driving revenue, and delivering exceptional customer experiences—all from within a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. If you are energized by high-volume outreach, confident on the phone, and motivated by performance-based earnings, this is an opportunity to make a real impact. - Drive revenue growth through high-volume outbound calls, emails, and virtual outreach - Build and manage relationships with current and prospective dental practices - Conduct virtual presentations, webinars, and product consultations - Act as a trusted partner to customers—supporting their success and strengthening retention - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless case execution and service excellence - Resolve customer concerns quickly to maintain a high level of satisfaction - Maintain accurate activity, pipeline, and follow-ups in CRM systems Qualifications - Inside sales or telesales experience (dental or healthcare preferred) - Strong communication skills and confidence in phone-based selling - Ability to present effectively in virtual environments (Zoom, Teams, etc.) - Highly organized with strong time management in a fast-paced environment - Comfortable discussing technical products and services - High integrity, accountability, and a results-driven mindset Requirements - 40–60 outbound calls daily with consistent follow-up - Strong lead conversion into active, revenue-generating accounts - Organized pipeline management with real-time CRM updates - Consistent achievement (or exceeding) of sales and growth targets Benefits - Base salary + unlimited commission potential Company Description Our team operates with clear expectations, strong processes, and a culture rooted in being: Professional.
