Role Description The Independent Growth Consultant will be engaged on a commission-only basis to expand the company’s client base within the labour law and HR services sector. This role focuses on sourcing and signing new clients, building a sustainable pipeline of opportunities, and driving revenue growth. As an independent contractor, the consultant will be compensated solely through commission linked to the percentage of new clients signed and revenue generated. - Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities in labour law and HR consulting. - Develop and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients. - Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends. - Present and promote the company’s services to prospective clients. - Negotiate and close contracts with new clients. - Facilitate smooth onboarding of new clients in collaboration with internal teams. - Track and report on client acquisition metrics and revenue performance. - Represent the company at networking events, conferences, and industry forums. Qualifications - Strong business development and sales skills. - Excellent communication and negotiation abilities. - Knowledge of labour law and HR practices in South Africa (advantageous). - Ability to build and maintain professional relationships. - Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented. - Strong organizational and time management skills. Requirements - Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, Law, or related field (preferred). - Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in sales, business development, or consulting. - Experience in professional services (HR, legal, compliance, or consulting) is advantageous. Benefits - Commission Only: Compensation is based solely on a percentage of new clients signed and revenue generated. - Performance Incentives: Additional bonuses may be awarded for exceeding quarterly and annual targets. - No base salary is provided.
