You'll build rapport, analyze financial situations and determine the appropriate loan product to meet our client’s goals. - Speak with borrowers to assess their loan requirements. Consult with clients on loan options that are best suited for their needs; clearly present benefits and options. - Be the go-to person for the borrower throughout the loan application process. Ensure a seamless and smooth process for the client by building a strong partnership with the operations team. - Utilize technology to multitask and manage a large pipeline. Assist borrowers with purchase transactions by utilizing our nationwide realtor referral network. - Maintain pre-established daily, weekly, and monthly KPI’s (Key performance indicators). Assist with other tasks as requested by managers, management and leadership team. What you'll need: - 2+ years of related experience in Consumer Lending Sales or similar field. - High school diploma required. - Intermediate knowledge of residential mortgage industry in Correspondent or Retail Lending; including sales, operations, capital markets and/or other residential mortgage products and services. - Intermediate knowledge of applicable regulatory and legal compliance obligations, rules and regulations, industry standards and practices. - Intermediate computer skills including Encompass (LOS), Velocify (CRM) and MS Office products. - Advanced speaking and writing communication skills.
