Role Description We are seeking a high-caliber, autonomous Senior Field HR Business Partner to serve as a principal strategic advisor to our Regional Managers, Partner Dentists/Doctors, and operations leadership. This is a senior-level individual contributor role designed for a seasoned HR professional who thrives at the intersection of complex problem-solving, corporate risk assessment, and empathetic workforce advocacy. As our Senior Field HRBP, you will independently manage high-stakes employee relations, lead workplace investigations, champion change management during clinic acquisitions, and mentor junior HR team members to elevate our overall HRBP operational model. Key Responsibilities: - Advanced Field Consultation: Serve as the primary, trusted HR advisor to multi-site Regional Managers and practice-level leaders, driving consistency, accountability, and sound people-centric decision-making. - Complex Employee Relations (ER): Independently spearhead sensitive ER matters, including end-to-end workplace investigations, escalated employee complaints, and executive conduct issues. Ensure all findings and corrective actions are documented with bulletproof compliance. - Executive Coaching & Influence: Coach doctors, office managers, and regional leaders through difficult performance conversations, termination readiness, and documentation best practices. Push back professionally when decisions introduce unnecessary corporate or compliance risk. - M&A Integration & Field Stabilization: Partner directly with the Integrations, Payroll, Benefits, and Recruiting teams to lead human capital transitions for newly acquired practices, assisting local teams in migrating from informal local habits to consistent company standards. - HRBP Mentorship: Serve as an informal leader and mentor to Field HR Business Partners and HR Generalists, sharing templates, best practices, and field insights to strengthen the department's capability. - Strategic Travel (Up to 20%): Dynamically deploy to local dental practices, corporate hubs, integration sites, or field investigations as needed to stabilize operations or de-escalate high-risk conflicts. Qualifications - 7+ years of progressive Human Resources experience, featuring a heavy emphasis on dedicated HR Business Partner, high-level Employee Relations, or Field HR operations. - Extensive experience supporting a multi-site, field-based distributed workforce (e.g., healthcare, dental, retail, hospitality, or corporate service sectors) is strongly preferred. - Deep working knowledge of federal and multi-state employment law, wage and hour regulations, and practical ADA/FMLA interactive process considerations. - Proven track record of independently conducting objective, complex workplace investigations and drafting ironclad risk-assessment recommendations. - Exceptional executive presence; the ability to immediately establish credibility with business owners, doctors, and corporate operations stakeholders. - Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is required (Master's Degree is a definitive plus). - SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR credential is highly preferred.
