• Develop and maintain relationships with startup founders, leadership teams, investors, accelerators, incubators, and ecosystem partners. • Represent Alygra within startup, technology, AI, and innovation communities. • Build referral partnerships that generate long-term business opportunities. • Map startup and scaleup ecosystems across Montreal and Toronto. • Identify recently funded startups and high-growth companies aligned with Alygra's target market. • Proactively engage founders and leadership teams to introduce Alygra's HR, legal, talent, and advisory services. • Generate qualified meetings and opportunities for the Founder and consulting team. • Contribute ideas to strengthen Alygra's visibility, partnerships, and market presence. • Collaborate on go-to-market initiatives and partnership strategies. • Help position Alygra as a trusted People & Growth partner within the startup ecosystem. • Identify hiring opportunities within your network and collaborate with Alygra's Talent team on recruitment mandates, particularly within technology and AI. • Share market intelligence and ecosystem insights to support service development and client growth.
