• Assist in the setup, launch, and management of digital advertising campaigns across social media platforms. • Ensure campaign settings, tracking parameters, and backend configurations are accurately implemented. • Monitor campaign status and identify any operational issues, discrepancies, or errors for timely resolution. • Support campaign maintenance activities, including updates and adjustments based on internal requests. • Prepare campaign performance reports and maintain organized records for internal stakeholders. • Ensure campaign launches are executed according to established guidelines and timelines. • Collaborate closely with internal teams to support smooth campaign execution and delivery. • Perform other ad hoc operational duties as assigned.

• Handling multiple live chat conversations simultaneously while maintaining high-quality customer service. • Managing customer inquiries efficiently and ensuring timely responses across different projects. • Working on multiple tasks and projects at the same time, prioritizing effectively to meet deadlines and service standards. • Operating in a rotational shift environment, including night shifts, ensuring consistent support coverage. • Engaging with customers in a fast-paced, face-to-face (real-time) environment, resolving issues quickly and professionally.
