• Responsible for the budget and operation of the assigned region. • Supervise Territory Vendor Managers, Field Operations Managers, and local office staff in the assigned region. • Manage regional spending and budgets in coordination with the Area Director of Operations and corporate leadership. • Maintain and develop customer relationships within their region. • Make scheduled visits to various client locations to check the quality of work performed and follow up on client satisfaction. • Should be knowledgeable in property maintenance, familiar with industry trends, a strong leader, flexible, solution oriented, and a strong communicator. • Reports to the Director of Operations.
