• Monitor incoming requests and pending quotes to ensure each step is completed within the time frames of our company policy. • Receive and review inbound quote requests and contact clients to gain a better understanding of project scope and requirements. • Fully responsible for the life of the “quote”. • Work closely with Sales and Operations to ensure client needs are understood and met. • Coordination with the Linguistic Operations team during the pre-sale stage to ensure optimum results throughout the project once approved. • Follow up on quotes and client inquiries to demonstrate care, address objections proactively, and increase win rates. • Resolve client concerns by providing appropriate solutions and alternatives within agreed timelines, ensuring proper closure and satisfaction. • Identify product expansion, up-sell, and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts and communicate them to the internal/external sales team (directors and managers). • Keep track of quote metrics (response times, client satisfaction, etc.) through the use of Client Relationship Management (CRM) tools and other systems. • Build and maintain relationships with clients by providing excellent customer service and support. • Help develop proposals and respond to RFPs or RFQs. • Attend industry events if required.

• Support the preparation and formatting of translated documents to ensure they are structurally sound, accessibility-aware, and visually accurate. • Focus on document structure, accessibility support (AODA/WCAG), and layout/formatting. • Work closely with Project Managers and linguists to reduce manual effort, prevent file-related risks, and support high-quality deliverables across common business formats (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, PDF). • Prepare and clean source files for translation in Phrase. • Ensure proper document structure (headings, lists, tables, headers/footers). • Apply and advise on CAT filters and settings to preserve structure and minimize rework. • Support accessibility-aware document handling aligned with AODA and WCAG 2.1 / 2.2. • Verify and preserve reading order, semantic structure, table headers, hyperlinks, and language metadata. • Support accessible deliverables in Word, PowerPoint, and tagged PDF. • Run basic accessibility checks (e.g. Acrobat / PAC tools) and flag issues for remediation. • Format translated documents to ensure clean reflow and consistency with source layout. • Address layout issues such as text overflow, tables, pagination, and spacing. • Perform light IDML / InDesign fixes where required (non-creative). • Support Project Managers by reviewing re-exported translated files for structural, layout, or accessibility risks. • Identify issues and recommend corrective actions to reduce downstream rework. • Contribute to best practices, templates, and documentation related to document handling and accessibility.
