Benefits - Location: Work from home as standard, with the option to work from our London office. - Hours: Manage your own hours so long as you make yourself available for your clients and attend key company meetings. - Salary range: £30,000 to £100,000 (dependent on levelling). - Bonus: Up to 50% of base salary, paid semi-annually based on performance metrics. - Pension: 5% employer contributions. - Health insurance: Comprehensive private medical cover including dental and optical. - Holiday: 25 days plus bank holidays. - CPD: Full support for CLC CPD requirements and professional development.
