Role Description We're hiring qualified residential conveyancers of all experience levels to manage purchase and sale transactions in England & Wales. - You’ll be expected to manage high-volume caseloads while delivering outstanding legal work and customer service. - You'll work with proprietary AI tools that handle routine tasks, freeing you to focus on complex legal issues and client relationships. - Real impact: Improve the way people navigate some of life’s most important moments. - Ownership: You'll have real responsibility from day one. - High standards: We don't compromise on quality. Benefits - Location: Work from home as standard, with the option to work from our London office. - Hours: Manage your own hours so long as you make yourself available for your clients and attend key company meetings. - Salary range: £30,000 to £100,000 (dependent on levelling). - Bonus: Up to 50% of base salary, paid semi-annually based on performance metrics. - Pension: 5% employer contributions. - Health insurance: Comprehensive private medical cover including dental and optical. - Holiday: 25 days plus bank holidays. - CPD: Full support for CLC CPD requirements and professional development.
