Inside Sales Specialist – EMEA

• Develop new leads and communicate with potential customers in the EMEA & regions • Proactively identify, research, and engage net-new prospects through outbound prospecting activities (calls, emails, social, campaigns) • Partner with local TAMs to design and execute targeted account and territory-based prospecting campaigns • Understand and articulate the benefits of Alamar's proprietary NULISA™ technology and ARGO™ HT System to prospects • Conduct meaningful and effective outreach and follow up on leads to generate sales opportunities • Maintain a database of current and potential customers in the assigned territories • Utilize prospecting tools, databases, and scientific networks to identify KOLs, influencers, and decision-makers, and map their extended networks • Qualify inbound and outbound leads based on fit, intent, timing, and application relevance • Conduct discovery conversations to understand customer needs, research goals, and purchasing drivers • Convert qualified leads into opportunities and transition effectively to field or downstream sales teams • Achieve quarterly sales targets and contribute to the company's revenue growth objectives • Collaborate with channel partners to build pipeline and close deals, including part-time support of APAC region • Stay informed about competing products and services in the proteomics market
Technical Support Scientist

• Serve as a primary point of contact for customers for technical and scientific support, working collaboratively with other Technical and Application Support team members to coordinate responses, share context, and ensure consistent, high-quality support. • Status communications with customer • Logging cases and associated communications and resolutions in the CRM • Informing requirements for scaling support process and infrastructure • Tracking support metrics • Perform platform demonstrations as needed to support sales • Perform internal trainings for new field employees • As a foundational member of the team, contribute to the building of the technical knowledgebase and processes to facilitate scaling of support as the user base expands • Collaborate with internal R&D teams during the product development cycle, providing critical insights via Voice of Customer • Contribute to the creation of customer training materials and documentation, working closely with internal resources • Assist in the scaling of our CRM toolset, ensuring effective integration with ERP and marketing automation
