Role Description As an Account Representative, you'll take charge of managing, maintaining, and expanding a geographic sales territory centered in north Florida. Work remotely with the flexibility you crave, while reporting to our Orlando, FL Sales Office. Ideal candidates live in north Florida (Ocala, Gainesville, Jacksonville, etc.) or nearby areas for easy access to clients. Your mission: Supercharge growth in your assigned region! Maintain loyal accounts while hunting new opportunities to broaden Air Power's reach. Introduce our brand, onboard fresh clients, and propel sustainable expansion. Key duties include, but aren't limited to: - Leading high-impact sales demonstrations and support for your coverage area and key accounts. - Championing Air Power's core values: accountability, transparency, collaboration, process improvement, and peak performance. - Aligning every action with our strategic business plan to deliver unmatched value to customers. - Offering insightful feedback to the Regional Manager to drive continuous improvement and profitability. - Investing in your growth through targeted training and development. - Collaborating seamlessly with Air Power Product Specialists to win business across all our expertise areas. - Regularly evaluating our products and services, suggesting enhancements for better results. - Nurturing win-win partnerships with key suppliers for mutual, profitable growth. Qualifications - Top-Notch Planning and Organization: Stay ahead in a fast-paced environment. - Exceptional Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Build lasting relationships with clients and teams. - Strong Mechanical Aptitude: Hands-on understanding of industrial tech. - Solid Computer Proficiency: Leverage tools for sales tracking, demos, and more. - Fresh out of college?
