• Build Trusted Customer Partnerships • Develop strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders in assigned accounts • Lead customer calls to answer questions, provide guidance, and drive successful outcomes • Understand each client’s business goals and technical environment • Serve as the primary technical contact for your accounts • Troubleshoot complex issues and guide customers through resolutions • Provide best practices, product training, and technical recommendations • Help customers fully leverage platform features and functionality • Identify opportunities for optimization, expansion, and growth • Share customer feedback with Product and Engineering to influence roadmap decisions • Oversee implementations, data transfers, and other technical initiatives • Ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope • Document processes, solutions, and technical knowledge • Mentor junior TAMs and support onboarding of new team members
• Develop and execute a strategic plan to meet and exceed revenue targets • Sell Alpine IQ’s advertising, media, and retail media solutions, including digital ad placements and sponsored programs • Identify and pursue new business opportunities with brands, retailers, and agency partners • Partner with leadership on go-to-market strategy and growth initiatives • Research and identify high-potential prospects, including brand marketers and media buyers • Generate qualified leads through outbound email, phone, social, and industry networking • Build and manage a healthy, accurate pipeline in HubSpot CRM • Lead consultative discovery and solution-based sales conversations • Deliver tailored demos and media proposals that clearly articulate ROI • Educate clients on retail media strategy, targeting, and measurement • Guide clients through evaluation, onboarding, and campaign launch • Prepare proposals, pricing, and insertion orders • Negotiate terms and close new business across brand and retail media partnerships • Ensure accurate, compliant, and timely contract execution • Track performance against quota and campaign revenue goals • Share market insights and feedback with leadership and product teams • Stay current on advertising trends, retail media innovation, and competitors
