Our Values Driven to Discover · Relentless for Results · Strength in Humility · Win as One Position Summary The Director of Talent Acquisition & Engagement is a senior, hands-on leader responsible for designing, building, and executing Aesthetic Partners’ end-to-end talent acquisition and engagement strategy. This role owns the full candidate and early employee experience while defining the company’s “talent acquisition aura” how AP is perceived, experienced, and remembered by candidates and providers in the market. This is a builder role requiring both strategic vision and tactical execution. The primary focus is provider recruiting, specifically injectors and surgeons, within the aesthetics, medical, plastics, and skin health spaces. The Director will personally lead sourcing, recruiting, interviewing, and offer processes while building scalable frameworks, tools, processes, and training for long-term growth. Core Responsibilities Talent Acquisition Strategy & Leadership - Design and implement a comprehensive talent acquisition framework, including processes, tools, workflows, and recruiting strategy. - Build scalable and repeatable recruiting systems to support rapid growth across clinical, provider, and corporate roles. - Define and elevate Aesthetic Partners’ talent acquisition brand and candidate experience (“AP Talent Aura”). - Serve as a trusted advisor to executive leadership and hiring managers on market trends, recruiting strategy, and talent planning. Provider Recruiting (Primary Focus) - Lead full-cycle recruiting for providers, with a strong emphasis on injectors and surgeons. - Develop proactive sourcing strategies and long-term pipelines for hard-to-find, high-demand provider talent. - Attend and represent Aesthetic Partners at industry conferences, events, and networking forums to build and nurture provider relationships. - Establish AP as an employer of choice within the aesthetics and medical provider community. Full-Cycle Recruiting Execution - Own all aspects of recruiting execution, including: - Job postings and employer branding - Resume review and candidate screening - Interview coordination and execution - Offer development, presentation, and negotiation - Ensure a seamless, high-touch, and brand-aligned candidate experience from first contact through offer acceptance. - Partner closely with leadership to ensure timely, accurate, and competitive hiring decisions. Candidate & Team Member Experience - Enhance the end-to-end experience for candidates and new hires, ensuring alignment with AP’s culture and values. - Collaborate with People Operations to support onboarding, early engagement, and retention initiatives. - Use feedback, metrics, and insights to continually improve recruiting effectiveness and experience. Tools, Training & Data - Build and optimize recruiting tools and systems. - Create training and resources for hiring managers to improve interview quality and hiring outcomes. - Track and report on talent KPI's and collaborate with departments on succession planning and forecasting projections. - Support monthly business reviews with collaboration and materials for the discussions. Qualifications & Experience Required - 5–10 years of progressive experience in talent acquisition, with significant full-cycle recruiting ownership. - Proven background in human healthcare recruiting. - Experience recruiting within aesthetics, medical, plastics, dermatology, or skin health strongly preferred. - Demonstrated success in building recruiting functions, frameworks, or programs from the ground up. - Strong provider recruiting experience, including relationship-driven and passive candidate sourcing. - Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment. - Must reside in the East or Central Time Zone. - Must provide a cover letter referencing the job description on why you would be a top candidate. Preferred - Experience using Paycor Recruiting or similar ATS platforms. - Experience attending or recruiting through industry conferences and professional events. - Strong employer branding and candidate experience design background.
