• Play a critical role in expanding product offerings across the tech stack • Analyze tough customer problems and design efficient backend solutions • Design, develop, and maintain scalable systems and features • Work with business team to build user stories from requirements
• Build and maintain a cohesive and impactful data-driven product roadmap for our core product, Aerros • Drive product improvements & initiatives through clear, cohesive and well-thought out product specs/designs • Analyze product data to guide your product decision making • Gain a deep understanding of our user personas, and what is important for different user segments • Work directly with customers to gather requirements, vet existing designs, and understand their priorities • Orchestrate cross-org executions with engineering, leadership, design, and the business team to build complex products and features • Provide strategic direction for our current and new products to maximize short- and long-term opportunities • Learn everything there is to know about aviation maintenance planning through our on-boarding process (so don't worry if you do not have any experience in this industry!)
• Become a subject matter expert in all things Aerros and Aircraft Maintenance Planning • Gain a deep understanding of our technical landscape including our database structure, API offering, and key customer integrations • Interface directly with our customers to provide guidance on how to use our Reporting and API offerings • Build and maintain internal usage analytics dashboards using Posthog, PowerBI, SQL, and other analytics tools • Work directly with customers to understand their technical requirements and architect a solution for implemention or integration projects • Project manage all customer-facing non-agile technical projects • Work directly with other technology providers as part of building and supporting integrations • Improve existing processes by using your knowledge to build playbooks, document SOPs, and expand our existing customer-facing documentation • Support customer success team when required to ensure top-tier customer support
• Play a critical role in expanding our infrastructure and APIs • Analyze tough customer problems and come up with great designs • Design, develop, and maintain scalable systems and well-tested features • Design and implement services that are reliable, high-quality, performant, and sustainable • Work with our business team to build great user stories and designs from ambiguous requirements • Occasionally wear many hats due to smaller team size, working on everything from design to deployments
