This is a remote position. We are looking for a results-driven Media Buyer to manage paid advertising campaigns across our client portfolio. This is a performance-focused role — you plan, launch, optimise, and report on paid campaigns across Meta and Google Ads, and you are held accountable to measurable client outcomes. Job Type: Full-Time Location: Remote (Worldwide) Working Hours: MST (Mountain Standard Time) Key Responsibilities Campaign Planning & Launch - Plan and launch paid campaigns across Meta Ads and Google Ads for assigned client accounts - Build campaign architecture: structure, targeting, audience segmentation, bidding strategy, and creative briefs - Set up and validate conversion tracking and attribution (GA4, Meta Pixel, GTM, UTMs) before every launch - Define campaign KPIs upfront and confirm measurement framework with account managers Performance Management & Optimisation - Monitor campaign performance daily and optimise toward agreed KPIs: CPL, CPA, ROAS, conversion volume - Diagnose performance drops quickly — isolate root causes and apply targeted fixes - Manage budgets proactively: pace correctly, reallocate based on performance, flag overspend risks early - Run ongoing A/B tests on creative, copy, audiences, and landing pages — document and apply learnings Reporting & Communication - Deliver clear, accurate performance reports on an agreed cadence — results-first with context and next steps - Translate campaign data into plain-language client updates via the account management team - Maintain accurate documentation of campaign changes, test results, and optimisation decisions - Identify and communicate risks before they impact client outcomes — proactively Requirements Requirements - 3+ years managing paid media campaigns for client accounts (agency experience strongly preferred) - Experience managing monthly ad budgets of $5,000+ per client account - Proficiency with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads at a professional level - Proficiency with Looker Studio or equivalent for client-facing reporting dashboards - Working knowledge of landing page optimisation and CRO principles - Availability to work full-time in MST hours Nice to Have - Experience with TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Ads, or programmatic platforms - Background diagnosing and turning around underperforming ad accounts - Strong written English for internal documentation and campaign notes Additional Information - Remote role – open worldwide - Full-time position (no freelance) - Competitive salary based on experience - Immediate start How to Apply Submit your CV and at least one specific campaign result (platform, budget, your role, and measurable outcome). This is a remote position. The AI Content Producer is responsible for generating structured, high-quality content drafts using AI tools and approved workflows based on strategist-provided briefs. This role focuses on speed, consistency, and adherence to content structure—not final polish or publication readiness. The AI Content Producer translates content briefs into well-organized drafts that align with search intent, brand guidelines, and formatting requirements. They leverage AI tools effectively while applying light editing and critical thinking to ensure outputs are accurate, coherent, and ready for refinement by the AI–Human Content Integrator. This is a production-focused role within a structured content system and does not own final content quality, SEO strategy, or performance outcomes. Content Draft Production (AI-Assisted) ● Generate content drafts using AI tools based on structured briefs provided by the SEO / AEO Strategist ● Follow outlines, headings, and formatting requirements exactly as defined in the brief ● Produce drafts across formats, including: ■ Blog posts ■ Service and location pages ■ Landing pages ■ Email and supporting content ● Ensure drafts are complete, logically structured, and aligned with the assigned topic. Prompt Execution & AI Utilization ● Use approved prompts, templates, and workflows to generate consistent outputs ● Adjust prompts as needed to improve clarity, structure, and completeness of drafts ● Identify and correct obvious AI issues such as: ■ Repetition ■ Structural inconsistencies ■ Missing sections from the brief ● Maintain consistency in tone and structure based on brand and project guidelines. Content Structuring & Formatting ● Ensure all drafts follow proper structure, including: ■ Clear headings (H1–H3) ■ Logical flow of sections ■ Scalable formatting (bullet points, short paragraphs where appropriate) ● Apply basic on-page SEO elements as directed in the brief, including: ■ Natural keyword inclusion ■ Heading structure ■ Internal link placeholders (as specified) Research & Accuracy Support ● Conduct light-to-moderate research to support content accuracy when needed ● Use reputable sources and avoid unsupported claims ● Flag any unclear, conflicting, or unverifiable information for review Self-Review & Draft Readiness ● Perform a basic self-review before submission to ensure: ■ Content follows the brief and outline ■ No major grammatical or structural issues ■ Content is coherent and readable
