• Du gestaltest die visuelle und funktionale Sprache unserer Software, einer professionellen Lösung für Cybersecurity Risk & Compliance im IT- und OT-Umfeld • Dein Schwerpunkt liegt im Erstellen und Verfeinern von UI-Mockups und klickbaren Prototypen in Figma, von der ersten Idee bis zum entscheidungsreifen Prototyp • Darüber hinaus unterstützt du unser Team bei der Erstellung von Vertriebsmaterialien wie PowerPoint-Präsentationen und Website-Designs • Du arbeitest eigenständig, organisierst deine Aufgaben selbst und bringst dich aktiv in den Designprozess ein, ohne Micromanagement, aber mit klaren gemeinsamen Zielen

• Coordinate program-level projects and maintain coherence across our clients' workstreams and internal client development • Identify issues and develop solutions • Provide subject-matter problem solving in the regulatory context

• Implementation of technical security solutions for automation networks • Conducting security and network analyses for process-related and control systems (industrial control systems) • Developing state-of-the-art security concepts • Explaining complex topics to customers and to non-specialist colleagues • Supporting the development of methods and tools for future projects in the process and manufacturing industries as well as for critical infrastructures • Performing security tests or penetration tests

• You will take on a central hybrid role combining new customer acquisition and consulting • You identify concrete challenges in the OT and IT infrastructures of industrial, energy and critical infrastructure (KRITIS) operators • You conduct discovery sessions with CISOs, IT leadership, OT owners and plant/operations managers • You qualify requirements according to established standards and regulations such as IEC 62443, ISO/IEC 27001, the Cyber Resilience Act (CRA) and KRITIS • You develop appropriate assessment and implementation packages together with our Senior Consultants • You prepare proposals, manage the process through to closing and support the customer during implementation • You shape complex security requirements from first contact through project approval
