• Drive revenue growth and expand market share for ADDMAN’s Precision Machining commercial business. • Serve as the primary business development lead for precision machining. • Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities. • Collaborate closely with Program Managers, Operations, Engineering, and Executive Leadership. • Lead pricing strategy, margin analysis, and commercial negotiations. • Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline.

• Influence design decisions and solve complex engineering challenges • Collaborate with customers to understand application needs • Develop detailed quotations and proposals • Serve as a primary technical resource during project discussions • Identify and pursue new business opportunities • Present technical solutions to customers • Build and maintain long-term customer relationships • Conduct site visits and technical reviews • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure feasibility and accuracy • Maintain accurate records in CRM systems • Report sales forecasts and market feedback to leadership
