Role Description Accurate Personnel is looking for an Executive Search Manager who is a proven Direct-Hire Recruiter and has the background and skills to manage a group of 3-5 strong recruiters and their orders. This candidate will be responsible for managing a team of recruiters in the Executive Search team, organizing all orders that are provided to that team, and in some cases supporting other Accurate teams. They will also be responsible for filling their own orders, many of which will be considered high priority. Most days will include connecting with the Direct-Hire team and other Accurate Personnel teams to allocate time and recruitment spending to various jobs, as well as delegating those jobs amongst the Direct-Hire team and other Accurate recruiters. Most of the ideal candidate's day will be spent recruiting to fill the orders divided between the recruiters and communicating with our various clients to coordinate interviews, feedback, and offers. This candidate should lead by example with their ability to communicate effectively with clients and fill Direct-Hire orders. Qualifications - 2-4 or more years successfully recruiting for skilled and Direct-Hire roles. - 2-4 years experience managing a team of recruiting based professionals. - Able to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing with all levels of staff. - Must be proficient in Google Suite and MS Office. - Strong analytical, organizational skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment under time constraints is required. - Must possess strong attention to detail. - Executive Search, Accounting & Finance, Office and Professional, Light Industrial, IT, Hospitality other vertical expertise preferred. Requirements - Drives growth of direct hire portfolio of clients. - Manages the direct hire team to achieve company goals and fill client’s direct hire needs. - Manage the full cycle of job orders from client engagement through offer acceptance. - Utilize multiple resources with marketing to maximize candidate engagement. - Develop and maintain long-term client relationships to build trust and loyalty. - Execute successful search strategies; source and qualify top-tier candidates, matching them for existing open roles and preparing them for presentation to our clients. - Skill market top candidates into competitor companies. - Debrief clients and candidates throughout the selection process to successfully negotiate a position offer. - Use applicant tracking to track sourcing program success and measure the effectiveness of strategies, pipelines, conversions, and offers. - Provide reporting and regular status updates to leadership and hiring managers, as required. - Accountable for following processes in accordance with policies, practices, and other legal requirements. - Adheres to company standards and maintains compliance with all policies and procedures. - Conduct in-depth candidate assessments, interviews, and presentations. - Manage offer negotiations and ensure a seamless candidate experience. - Build and maintain a strong pipeline of executive talent across key industries and functions. - Occasional travel to customer sites locally and sometimes nationwide. - Serve as a point of contact for a high-profile strategic client. - Provide market intelligence, compensation insights, and hiring strategy recommendations. - Ensure exceptional client satisfaction through proactive communication and consistent delivery. - Lead regular business reviews and provide updates on search progress and hiring trends.
