Role Description Jello, Supplement-Brand aus dem DACH-Raum (über 100.000 Bestellungen in unter 8 Monaten, ~25 Leute, 100% remote), sucht eine Person, die das Recruiting-Sourcing ownt. - Die richtigen Leute finden, ansprechen und warm in den Prozess holen. - Aktives Sourcing, Outreach, Organisation und mechanischer Erst-Filter anhand klarer Profile. - Wir geben Targeting und Rubrik vor, du führst aus. Qualifications - Erfahrung in Sales, Recruiting oder Sourcing mitbringst, oder das Talent hast, Menschen aufzuspüren und zu überzeugen. - Deutsch und Englisch fließend sprichst. - Verantwortung willst und selbstständig lieferst. - Hohe Eigeninitiative und Proaktivität.
