• Installation and maintenance of products related to CICS TS • Monitor performance of CICS TS regions • Configure and tailor CICS TS concepts • Collaborate with team and work independently

• Design and maintain the configuration management program to include ServiceNow CMDB configuration item attributes, relationships and overall accuracy. • The CMDB is the ServiceNow database that stores information about all technical services. • Within the CMDB, support information for each service offering is stored in a Configuration Item (CI) specific to that service.
