Role Description We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Personal PR & Branding Executive to support and elevate the personal brand of a high-profile individual. This role is responsible for executing day-to-day communications, managing media presence, and ensuring brand alignment across public appearances, digital platforms, and strategic opportunities. The ideal candidate is a polished communicator with strong instincts in media, social content, and brand development, capable of operating in high-pressure, high-visibility environments with discretion and precision. - Brand Development & Consistency - Support the execution of the personal brand strategy based on defined positioning and narrative. - Ensure consistent voice, tone, and visuals across all touchpoints (social, interviews, events). - Monitor trends and opportunities for alignment or positioning shifts. - PR & Media Outreach - Assist with crafting press kits, bios, pitch decks, and media briefs. - Research and pitch relevant speaking engagements, interviews, features, and podcast opportunities. - Track coverage and maintain relationships with media contacts. - Social Media Management - Curate, schedule, and publish content across key personal channels (LinkedIn, Instagram, X, etc.). - Work with creative teams (designers, video editors) to develop engaging and on-brand content. - Monitor analytics and engagement metrics; recommend data-driven improvements. - Content Development - Assist in writing social copy, talking points, blog posts, and opinion pieces. - Support ghostwriting efforts for thought leadership or editorial contributions. - Maintain a content calendar and ensure timely, strategic posting. - Events & Appearances - Coordinate logistics and preparation for public appearances, panels, red carpet events, or keynotes. - Ensure consistent personal brand presentation (dress, messaging, presence). - Work with agents, stylists, and management where applicable. - Reputation & Image Management - Monitor public sentiment and flag potential reputational risks. - Assist with crisis communications planning and execution if needed. - Help manage online presence, including Wikipedia pages and public listings. Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in communications, PR, Marketing, Journalism, or related field. - 5+ years of experience in PR, personal branding, or executive communications (C-suite level preferred). - Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills. - Strong knowledge of social media platforms and digital branding strategies. - Experience working with media, influencers, and publicists. - High degree of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality. - Creative, resourceful, and detail-oriented with strong project management skills. - Fluent in English and Russian (Multi languages are a plus).
