Role Description The Director of Community Operations is responsible for the overall performance, scalability, and day-to-day execution of 52TEN’s growing portfolio of manufactured housing communities. This leader manages a team of Regional Community Managers who oversee several communities and their on-site teams. In the first 12–18 months, the primary focus will be building and strengthening the property operations division—refining systems, coaching teams, and ensuring operational consistency across the portfolio. As the company continues to grow, adding communities and scaling from 20 to 75 team members over the next three years, this role will evolve to become increasingly strategic, with greater emphasis on infrastructure development, cross-functional leadership, and long-term portfolio optimization. Success in this is defined by growing property-level NOI, executing CapEx plans with excellence, developing operational talent, and building the foundation for scalable, high-performing operations—all while staying aligned with 52TEN’s values and culture.
