Role Description The Project Coordinator will play a crucial role in planning, executing, and finalizing projects according to strict deadlines and within budget. This includes coordinating the efforts of team members and third-party contractors or consultants to deliver projects according to plan. The Project Coordinator will also define the project’s objectives and oversee quality control throughout its life cycle. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field but NOT Required - Proven experience in IT, Audio-Visual, or Low Voltage project coordination or management. - Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, software development, and system integration. - Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Planner, Microsoft Project or other PM software). - Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills. - Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities. - Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. - Project Management Professional (PMP) or similar certification is a plus. This role is focused on training, configuration, and strategic support—not day-to-day data entry. Hands-on Slate experience and the ability to guide institutions in improving processes, reporting, and system usage is required for this role. This role supports recruitment, application processing, and enrollment reporting through advanced system configuration, data analysis, and workflow automation. This position requires demonstrated hands-on experience administering or configuring Slate CRM in a higher education environment. This role partners closely with Admissions, Financial Aid, Marketing, IT, and Student Affairs to enhance data integrity, streamline business processes, and improve the student experience from inquiry through enrollment. Primary Responsibilities 1. Slate CRM Administration · Configure and maintain Technolutions Slate (forms, portals, reader workflows, dashboards, queries, rules, and communications). · Manage user roles, permissions, security groups, and data governance standards. · Monitor system performance and implement enhancements. · Maintain documentation of configurations, processes, and workflows. 2. Data Management & Reporting · Develop advanced queries and reports using Slate’s query tool. · Create dashboards and visualizations for leadership. · Ensure data integrity and accuracy across recruitment and application pipelines. · Manage imports/exports and troubleshoot data discrepancies. · Support predictive modeling and enrollment forecasting efforts. 3. Workflow Automation & Communication · Build and maintain communication plans (email campaigns, SMS, drip campaigns). · Configure event management workflows. · Support application review processes and reader assignments. · Implement automation rules and triggers to improve efficiency. 4. Integration & Technical Support · Coordinate integrations between Slate and Student Information Systems. · Work with IT on API integrations and SFTP imports. · Test upgrades and new features before deployment. 5. Strategic Support · Provide analytical insights to support enrollment growth strategies. · Participate in CRM governance committees. · Recommend process improvements aligned with institutional goals. · Support campus-wide CRM initiatives beyond admissions when applicable. Qualifications Required · Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Data Analytics, Higher Education, or related field. · 2+ years of experience working with Technolutions Slate or comparable CRM. · Experience with SQL, data querying, and reporting tools. · Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. · Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities. Preferred · Experience in higher education admissions or enrollment management. · Knowledge of SIS platforms (Banner, Colleague, Workday). · Understanding of FERPA compliance and data governance. · Experience with API integrations and data automation tools.
