• Develop features: Implement smaller features on the front-end and/or back-end under the guidance of more experienced developers. • Code maintenance: Make small adjustments, bug fixes, and improvements to existing systems. • Write clean, readable code: Follow team coding best practices and established standards. • Participate in code reviews: Learn from peer feedback and contribute to reviewing others' code. • Perform testing: Write basic unit tests and take part in integration testing to ensure software quality. • Document code: Contribute to the technical documentation of developed features. • Attend meetings: Engage in team meetings (e.g., Daily Scrums in agile methodologies) to discuss progress, challenges, and next steps. • Collaborate with the team: Work closely with other developers, designers, and team members to understand requirements and deliver solutions. • Research and learn: Dedicate time to learn new technologies, tools, and concepts under the team's guidance. • Identify and report issues: Recognize and communicate bugs or bottlenecks clearly and objectively.

• Integrate development and operations to ensure high reliability • Manage and configure development and production environments • Collaborate with development teams to optimize the software delivery lifecycle • Document processes and procedures related to infrastructure and automation • Stay up to date with DevOps trends

• Backlog Management and Prioritization: Manage the Product Backlog, ensuring items are prioritized, detailed, and ready for development, and handle scope changes and incoming requests. • Refinement and Specification: Write User Stories, epics, and acceptance criteria clearly, applying best practices for Definition of Ready (DoR) and Definition of Done (DoD). • Agile Ceremonies: Lead and actively participate in Scrum ceremonies (Refinement, Planning, Daily, Sprint Review, and Retrospective), ensuring full execution of the rituals. • Validation and Quality Assurance: Validate and approve development team deliveries, ensuring features meet the requested business and functional requirements and minimizing rework. • Metrics Tracking: Monitor agile metrics (velocity, throughput, lead time) and reports (Burndown/Burnup) to ensure sprint predictability and health. • Business-Technical Liaison: Act as a bridge between stakeholders and the engineering team, translating business needs into functional solutions and participating in Product Discovery. • Documentation: Keep product documentation and sprint deliverables up to date and organized in Confluence and other tools. • Design Support: Collaborate in reviewing and validating prototypes and flows (Figma, Miro), supporting usability testing and defining user journeys.
