Job Requirements
- Education: Registered Nurse, Physician Assistant, or similar
- At least 2 years of bedside clinical experience
- Passion for patient care and technology's impact on healthcare
- Adaptable and comfortable in fast-paced, dynamic environments

Role Description This is not a sourcing or full-cycle recruiting role. This is a part-time, independent contractor role. As our hiring volume grows, we're looking for a North American interviewer to conduct the final interview stage for Executive Assistant candidates - a step currently handled by our CEO. Candidates reaching the final interview have already been evaluated for qualifications, work experience, motivation, and role fit by our Recruitment Team. Your responsibility is to conduct the final interview to assess communication, professionalism, and overall readiness to work with North American executives. The final interview is the last step in the process before a candidate is endorsed to enter Donna's talent training program. - Conduct a 20 to 30-minute virtual final interviews with Executive Assistant candidates - Assess English fluency, communication style, confidence, and professionalism, and the ability to think and respond naturally in real time (Communication, Executive Presence, Judgment, Growth Mindset) - Evaluate candidates' readiness to communicate with North American executives - Assess cultural alignment and overall client-facing presence - Complete star-rating feedback and brief written notes in our ATS (Workable) with a clear recommendation on whether to endorse the candidate for the training stage or not - Flag borderline cases with reasoning to keep decisions consistent as volume scales - Collaborate with Donna's Recruitment Team (specifically the Recruiting Lead) on final hiring decisions when needed - Maintain a professional, respectful candidate experience regardless of outcome Qualifications - Native English speaker based in the United States or Canada - Strong understanding of North American workplace communication and business culture - Professional background in a North American corporate environment - Excellent communication, active listening, and judgment skills - Ability to provide objective, well-written candidate evaluations - Reliable and organized enough to turn around interviews and feedback on a consistent schedule Requirements - Experience in any of the following: interviewing, recruiting, hiring, talent assessment, corporate training, client management, executive / administrative support, or coaching professionals - HR, Talent Acquisition, Client Success, Operations, or Executive Leadership experience - Startup or remote work experience Compensation - $10.00 - $15.00 USD (based on experience) per 20–30 minute interview - Projected Volume for 2026: 10 to 15 interviews/week - Note: Donna Talent is a US-based company and will pay independent contractors in USD Hiring Workflow - Application - Initial Interview: Recruiting Lead conducts the initial interview - Calibration Assessment: Candidate completes a video review assessment to test alignment with the Donna Executive Assistant Evaluation Framework - Final Interview: CEO conducts a final interview - Training and Onboarding: Candidates must complete a training period consisting of approximately 20 hours of paid calibrations (paid hourly in USD). Successfully passing this training is a mandatory prerequisite for being officially hired as an independent contractor.
