Real Estate Growth Automation Manager
Houston Properties Team#1 boutique real estate team with over $750 million in residential sales. We have an unfair advantage. We care more.
The Mission Traditional real estate recruiting relies on manual cold calls, expensive ads, and outdated networking. Your mission is to completely reinvent how we grow. You are being brought in to build an automated, high-volume recruiting engine for the Houston Properties Team and the Real Edge Network. Instead of focusing on operational paperwork, your goal is pure growth: leveraging data scraping, AI, and outbound automation to identify top-producing real estate agents and automatically drive them to book an introductory call with our team. You will build the technical architecture that turns raw industry data into predictable, scalable revenue. What You Will Do - Architect the Growth Engine: Design and deploy automated outbound campaigns to source and recruit high-performing real estate agents to our network. - Data Sourcing & Scraping: Build automated systems to continuously pull and enrich data from MLS rosters, state licensing boards, and directories to build highly targeted prospect lists. - Master Deliverability: Configure DNS records (SPF, DKIM, DMARC) and manage domain warm-up strategies to ensure our outreach lands in the primary inbox, never the spam folder. - Multi-Channel Outreach: Set up and manage complex, multi-touch automated sequences across cold email, SMS, and LinkedIn that feel personal and drive high response rates. - Automate the Booking: Connect these outreach engines directly to our CRM and calendar systems so qualified agents automatically book appointments with our leadership team without any manual intervention. - Track & Optimize: Continuously A/B test messaging, channels, and AI prompts to lower the cost-per-acquisition and increase our appointment show rates.
