This role focuses on ensuring the quality, stability, and performance of our SaaS-based HRMS platform. The ideal candidate will take ownership of QA activities, build reliable automation solutions, and actively collaborate with development and product teams in an Agile environment. - Design, develop, and maintain automation test scripts using Java, Selenium WebDriver, and/or Playwright. - Actively perform manual testing including functional, regression, integration, and exploratory testing. - Create and execute test plans, test cases, and test scenarios for web-based applications. - Identify, log, and track defects; work closely with developers to ensure timely resolution. - Integrate automation tests into CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins or GitHub Actions. - Perform cross-browser and cross-platform testing using BrowserStack or similar tools. - Conduct API testing using Postman, RestAssured, or equivalent tools. - Support performance and load testing activities using JMeter or similar tools (good to have). - Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives. - Maintain QA documentation, test reports, and quality metrics. - Mentor junior QA team members and promote QA best practices.
