CanopieUniversal preventative care for expecting and new mothers | Improving outcomes with evidence, compassion, and joy
• Set and continuously reprioritize the Canopie product roadmap, running tests and iterating across onboarding, engagement, clinical workflows, and partner needs, and being accountable for product decisions. • Define success in outcome terms - activation, engagement depth, clinical monitoring and engagement, retention - and move those numbers through product and design decisions, not feature volume. • Keep leadership continuously informed - maintain a proactive decision and progress rhythm with the VP of Maternal Health so priorities and trade-offs stay visible and aligned. • Hold the line on ethical engagement: lift activation and retention through trust and a genuinely better experience. This population is vulnerable and the experience has to earn its engagement. • Own the full design lifecycle from discovery and user research to wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and production-ready specs for the Canopie product suite. • Lead UX research with members (pregnant and postpartum women), clinicians, and health plan partners to continuously surface insights and validate design decisions. • Set and maintain the Canopie design system, ensuring visual and interaction consistency across mobile (iOS/Android) and web platforms (web app and website). • Translate clinical program requirements and partner needs into intuitive, accessible user experiences that balance engagement with health outcomes. • Partner closely with engineering to ensure designs are implemented with fidelity; provide clear, annotated specs and be hands-on during QA. • Support B2B deliverables including partner-facing dashboards, reporting tools, and sales demo materials in close collaboration with the Head of Marketing and Engagement. • Translate rough product ideas and stakeholder feedback into clear, detailed requirements and acceptance criteria. • Write and maintain user stories, ensuring each captures the user need, context, and definition of done. • Partner closely with engineering during refinement to clarify requirements, resolve ambiguity, and right-size scope. • Own and prioritize the product backlog, balancing user impact, business value, and technical dependencies. • Facilitate trade-off conversations between design intent, engineering effort, and delivery timelines.
Senior Product Designer – Design System
OLX GroupTogether we're building a more sustainable world through trade.
• We're looking for a Senior Product Designer to join our Design System team, working across our Real Estate products. You'll play a key role in evolving our design system, helping designers and engineers across the business design and build with greater consistency, quality and pace. • You'll work day to day within a small, dedicated pod, spanning web and app. But the system serves designers across multiple tribes, each shipping their own product work. You'll work within our contribution model, helping teams outside the pod propose, adopt and evolve components without fragmenting the system. • You're looking for someone with strong craft, attention to detail, and curiosity about systems thinking and AI-assisted workflows. You'll help create a coherent product experience across our brands while developing your own design systems practice. • Design and evolve reusable components, patterns and foundations within our design system, reducing duplication and improving consistency across tribes • Define component behaviour, states and variants, working directly with engineering to ship them • Run and improve the contribution model: the process and standards that let designers outside the core pod propose and ship components without breaking system coherence • Support design work from problem framing through to documentation and handover, using research and feedback from teams to inform decisions • Create clear documentation and specifications covering variants, edge cases and usage guidance • Collaborate closely with engineers on token strategy and the practical link between Figma and production code • Resolve conflicts between a tribe's local need and the system's long-term coherence • Work with product design teams to identify gaps and embed stronger systems thinking across products
• Plan and conduct research activities to understand user needs, business constraints, and workflow realities. • Translate research findings into product opportunities, design recommendations, and prioritized next steps. • Facilitate alignment with stakeholders — business, product, technical leads, and support teams — ensuring key decisions are understood, documented, and followed through. • Collaborate closely with product, engineering, business partners, and the UX Lead to maintain momentum across multiple work streams. • Produce clear UX deliverables with enough structure and rationale to support implementation and discussion. • Contribute to improving team collaboration, communication, and decision-making practices where needed. • Help establish clearer ways of working, decision paths, and collaboration rituals within shifting team dynamics. • Move comfortably between discovery, definition, and delivery — contributing through interface design, facilitation, synthesis, and decision support for the broader team.
• Create user flows, interaction models, wireframes, low-fidelity concepts, high-fidelity Figma mockups and clickable prototypes. • Apply the client's Design System and reusable components and patterns consistently across all deliverables. • Translate UX requirements, research insights, user stories and acceptance criteria into usable, well-crafted design solutions. • Iterate designs based on research findings, usability results, stakeholder feedback, technical input and product priorities. • Support backlog refinement, solution planning and design discussions with product and technical teams. • Conduct self- and peer-reviews for usability, consistency, accessibility and design system alignment. • Prepare approved designs for development handover — including specifications, flows, interaction behaviour and implementation notes. • Support development teams during implementation and review development output against approved designs. • Support usability testing by preparing prototypes, observing sessions and updating designs based on findings.
