• This is a remote position. • Virtusa helps its Clients by becoming a true extension of their software and data development capabilities. • Through the readily set up, comprehensive, and self-governing teams, we let our Clients focus on their business while we make sure that their software products and data tools scale up accordingly and with outstanding quality. • We are looking for experienced team players to fill the position of Project Manager and participate in our up-and-coming project for our client from the igaming area. • An adjusted schedule will be required to accommodate U.S. business needs, including overlapping hours outside the standard 9:00 AM–5:00 PM Poland time schedule.
Job Requirements
- Strong background in project management (PMP or Agile certifications preferred) with at least 5 years of relevant work experience.
- Proven experience in resource planning and cross-functional team management.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficient in project management tools (e.g., Excel and Jira as must-have; Clarity and PowerBI as nice-to-have).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong background in presenting analytical data, monthly KPIs view.
- Familiarity with budgeting and financial forecasting (nice-to-have).
- Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, or other project management methodologies.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and fast-paced and constantly changing environment.
- Fluent English (C1).
