• Lead a squad (Developers and Data Engineer) to maintain and enhance digital products (e.g., supply chain platform, label management/printing). • Maintain and optimize agile ceremonies (retrospectives, daily stand-ups) while removing operational bottlenecks to ensure predictable, high-quality code delivery. • Track and report on key health indicators, including squad velocity, support performance and SLA compliance. • Act as the primary point of contact for Client stakeholders. • Negotiate and prioritize the backlog alongside Client Business representatives. • Work closely with CI&T Account Directors to identify new opportunities within Client. • Cultivate a high-performing team culture focused on psychological safety, continuous learning, and autonomy. • Ensure the team follows CI&T’s high technical standards—promoting Lean principles, CI/CD automation, clean code architectures, and robust QA practices to meet Client's high standards for precision and reliability.
