Power Platform Developer

• Design, develop, deploy, and support business solutions using Microsoft Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse. • Build and maintain Canvas Apps, Model-Driven Apps, workflows, automations, and integrations that drive business efficiency. • Configure and manage Dataverse tables, forms, views, business rules, relationships, and security roles. • Develop and support integrations using connectors, APIs, JSON, OData, and related technologies. • Follow application lifecycle management (ALM) best practices, including solution management and controlled deployments. • Conduct testing, troubleshoot issues, and provide ongoing support to ensure reliable and secure solutions. • Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into effective digital solutions. • Collaborate with reporting, document management, and wider digital teams on cross-functional projects. • Maintain technical documentation and ensure solutions comply with governance, security, and data protection standards. • Support continuous improvement by identifying automation opportunities and leveraging new Power Platform and AI capabilities.
Job Requirements
- Strong experience developing solutions using Microsoft Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven Apps), Power Automate, and Dataverse.
- Experience with data modelling, forms, views, business rules, security roles, and workflow automation.
- Knowledge of Application Lifecycle Management (ALM), including solution management, environment variables, connection references, and deployments.
- Experience integrating systems using REST APIs, JSON, OData, and related technologies.
- Understanding of security, governance, data protection, and best practices within the Power Platform.
- Experience troubleshooting, supporting, and maintaining business-critical applications.
- Ability to create clear technical documentation and communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience working within Agile environments and using tools such as Azure DevOps.
- Desirable Skills & Experience
- Microsoft Power Platform certification, such as PL-400, or equivalent training.
- Experience with Power Apps Code Apps, Dynamics 365, or enterprise application development.
- Knowledge of JavaScript, TypeScript, C#/.NET, or custom connector development.
- Experience with Azure services such as Azure Functions, Logic Apps, or API Management.
- Understanding of Microsoft Entra ID, integrations, and application permissions.
- Exposure to Power BI, Copilot Studio, AI-enabled solutions, or Azure AI technologies.
- Experience delivering digital transformation or business improvement projects.
