• Provide technical leadership across enterprise middleware and integration platforms. • Drive the design, development, and delivery of scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions. • Work closely with architects, product teams, engineers, and business stakeholders to shape technical direction, establish engineering standards, and deliver critical technology initiatives. • Combine hands-on engineering expertise with technical leadership, guiding teams through complex challenges while fostering a culture of continuous improvement and engineering excellence. • Play a key role in solution design, technical governance, delivery oversight, and stakeholder engagement. • Ensure systems are resilient, scalable, and aligned to business objectives. • Mentor engineers and drive best practices across development, deployment, and operational processes.

Job Requirements

  • Extensive experience in a Lead Software Engineer, Technical Lead, or Middleware Lead capacity within enterprise environments.
  • Strong expertise in .NET service development, including architecture, design patterns, coding standards, and engineering best practices.
  • Experience delivering solutions using .NET, Angular, and Microsoft Azure technologies.
  • Proven experience deploying and operating services in Azure, including high availability, auto-scaling, multi-region deployments, and automated failover capabilities.
  • Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC), including reviewing, maintaining, and improving infrastructure specifications.
  • Strong capability in technical reviews, solution governance, work prioritization, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and influence stakeholders across both technical and business teams.
  • Proven experience leading, mentoring, and developing engineering teams while providing technical leadership and delivery oversight.
