• Serve as the primary functional lead for Workday Learning, Recruiting, Talent, and Advanced Compensation modules. • Design, configure, test, and deploy Workday business processes, frameworks, eligibility rules, and security configurations. • Ensure system configurations align with evolving business needs, compliance requirements, and enterprise standards. • Identify opportunities to automate manual processes and streamline end-to-end workflows across recruiting, talent, and compensation. • Partner with People Tech engineers to design and implement Workday automation, including Extend apps, RaaS-based solutions, integrations, and AI-enabled workflows. • Reduce operational friction by eliminating redundant approvals, improving self-service capabilities, and enhancing system usability. • Leverage AI tools to optimize recruiting workflows, talent insights, and compensation analysis. • Partner with internal teams and vendors to evaluate, pilot, and implement AI-driven solutions that enhance People Team effectiveness. • Translate business needs into scalable AI-enabled system solutions. • Act as a strategic partner to Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Total Rewards, Finance, and HR leadership. • Lead requirements gathering sessions and translate business needs into functional and technical solutions. • Drive adoption through change management, documentation, and training. • Partner with People Analytics to ensure reliable, actionable data across recruiting, talent, and compensation. • Design and support dashboards, reports, and audit frameworks that enable data-driven decision-making. • Ensure data integrity, consistency, and readiness for audit and compliance needs. • Ensure all system changes follow established change management and compliance standards (SOX, ITGC, audit requirements). • Support quarterly and annual audits by maintaining documentation, testing evidence, and approval workflows. • Participate in Workday release planning, testing, and deployment activities.

• Architect and maintain OneStream applications, utilizing Extensible Dimensionality to support complex consolidation, planning, and reporting needs. • Write, optimize, and maintain VB.NET Business Rules for calculations, translations, consolidations, and workflows. • Implement and extend Marketplace solutions to modernize the 'Close' process. • Optimize consolidation times and query performance through efficient system design and code reviews. • Serve as the technical owner for how financial data exits NetSuite. Design robust data extraction methods to ensure clean data feeds into OneStream. • Build and maintain automated data pipelines between NetSuite and OneStream using OneStream Data Management/Stage. • Troubleshoot complex data issues by debugging a NetSuite SuiteScript or tracing a SQL transformation error in the data warehouse. • Diagnose and resolve issues related to data consistency across systems.
