Documentation Validation Coordinator

As a Documentation Validation Coordinator, you will play a key role in ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and quality of business-critical documentation and data. Working with scanned documents, internal systems, and digital tools, you will help maintain high standards of data integrity and support the efficient delivery of insurance-related services. Contract duration: Permanent Schedule: Full-time (8 hrs/day, Monday to Friday) Your responsibilities - Verification of scanned documents in German in accordance with internal standards, guidelines, and regulations - Checking the accuracy and completeness of data transferred into internal systems - Comparing information between documents and system records with a focus on accuracy, consistency, and data integrity - Working with internal databases and document management software tools - Identifying, correcting, and resolving discrepancies, errors, or missing information in documents and systems - Collaborating with team members and other departments to clarify inconsistencies and ensure data quality - Adhering to established deadlines, productivity targets, and quality standards - Regularly updating knowledge of internal processes, documentation standards, and procedural changes. Qualifications - 1 Year experience in administrative, back-office, customer service, or document processing roles - Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy - Fluent in English (both spoken and written) - Fluent in German (both spoken and written) - Well-organized and able to work efficiently while meeting deadlines - A team player with strong communication and collaboration skills - Comfortable working with computer systems and digital tools - Eager to learn and develop in a dynamic international environment - Reliable and committed to delivering high-quality results.
