Epic PB Analyst
Cardamom
• Assess current PB setup and workflows • Evaluate readiness across key service lines • Help define billing best practices • Build a roadmap toward a full PB install • Play a key role in supporting the strategic direction and execution of medium-priority client contracts involving Epic EHR software • Provide advanced guidance and support to internal teams and clients • Contribute to the analysis, design, and execution of Epic EHR system solutions • Assist in troubleshooting complex issues within the Epic EHR system • Document Epic EHR system configurations, workflows, and processes clearly • Support the creation and maintenance of internal documentation, knowledge bases, and training materials • Assist with the change control process for Epic EHR related to client contracts • Contribute to ad hoc initiatives and internal efforts related to Epic EHR software • Monitor and report on Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for Epic EHR system performance • Facilitate communication between teams
Job Requirements
- Epic certification in the relevant application(s), coupled with a demonstrable track record of successful implementations and optimizations
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in providing application support, implementation, or training within the Epic ecosystem, showcasing a deep understanding of the intricacies of the platform
- Knowledge of Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) processes
- Ability to take on-call rotations outside of core business hours, including nights and weekends, if needed
