• Own the full sales cycle across assigned biopharma and genomics accounts, from prospecting through close • Achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets across platform deployments and new customer acquisition • Deliver compelling product demonstrations and technical presentations to both scientific and business stakeholders • Manage pipeline forecasting and opportunity tracking through HubSpot CRM • Develop tailored presentations, proposals, and Statements of Work (SOWs) • Generate new business through outbound outreach, conference engagement, and inbound lead follow-up • Build relationships at industry events such as CAP, PathVisions, HLTH, SITC, and other life sciences conferences • Qualify prospects based on technical fit, budget, and implementation readiness • Partner with Marketing to convert digital leads and thought leadership engagement into pipeline • Build relationships with lab directors, pathologists, research leaders, and procurement stakeholders • Understand laboratory workflows, clinical trial processes, and digital pathology adoption challenges • Provide market intelligence on competitive trends, customer needs, and emerging AI applications in healthcare • Partner cross-functionally with Product, Regulatory, Legal, and Customer Success teams to ensure successful deployments
Job Requirements
- 3+ years of full-cycle B2B sales experience selling into biopharma, genomics, or digital pathology markets
- Proven success selling to pharmaceutical companies, molecular diagnostic labs, or precision oncology programs
- Experience targeting molecular diagnostic labs, sequencing facilities, biopharma partners conducting clinical trials, and precision oncology programs is REQUIRED
- Experience exceeding quota in complex, consultative sales environments
- Familiarity with digital pathology, AI/ML in healthcare, laboratory automation, or next-generation sequencing workflows
- Strong presentation skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences
- Experience working in early-stage or high-growth startup environments preferred
- Proficiency with HubSpot or similar CRM tools
- Bachelors degree in Life Sciences, Business, or a related field
- Comfortable traveling (25–35%) for client meetings and industry events
