• Analyze diverse market data to recommend rate adjustments that balance our competitive "local feel" with corporate margin expansion goals. • Partner directly with General Managers (GMs) and sales teams to establish and maintain base pricing that accounts for regional labor costs and service complexities. • Play a lead role in configuring and maintaining pricing logic within NetSuite to ensure seamless quote-to-cash transitions. • Build and manage dynamic pricing dashboards (Power BI/Tableau) to provide leadership with real-time insights into price realization and leakage. • Document and share best practices for quoting and pricing adjustments.
Job Requirements
- 3–5+ years of experience in pricing, revenue management, or financial analytics, ideally within a multi-site service industry.
- Advanced Excel skills are a must, along with professional experience building visualizations in Power BI or Tableau.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to influence field leaders and translate financial data into operational strategies.
- Prior experience with NetSuite or similar enterprise-grade pricing systems is highly preferred.
- A self-starter who can make decisions quickly in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

• Lead pricing review and oversee approval processes for customer quotes, bids and contracts. • Perform profitability, sensitivity and risk analyses to support pricing recommendations and decision-making evaluating deal economics, including margin analysis, discounting, and exception management. • Review GPO, IDN and local deal structures, commercial terms, and approvals to ensure compliance with internal policies and delegated authority limits. • Support pricing policy development, governance, training and adherence across commercial team. • Act as a business lead and subject matter expert for CPQ processes, workflows, and user adoption, partnering with Sales Operations, IT, and commercial stakeholders to identify and prioritize CPQ enhancements. • Lead, coach, and develop 3 direct reports responsible for quoting, contracts, and/or bid support activities.
• Develop and enhance pricing analytics utilizing SAS, Python, Excel and Tableau related to projected portfolio returns, risk concentration and CRT performance. • Present findings to Senior Leadership Team on a regular basis to influence pricing decisions. • Develop bespoke MI rate card pricing utilizing competitive intelligence, return thresholds, and desired portfolio composition to most efficiently deploy Radian's capital. • Perform ad hoc analysis related to mortgage insurance pricing, CRT portfolio analysis and competitive analysis. • Competitive Position Analytics: Perform analysis to adjust pricing as needed in order to maintain desired market share. • Collecting and maintaining MI pricing intelligence thru the development of databases. • Assist in the research and implementation of market data and variables to enhance pricing and financial forecasts. • Perform other duties as assigned or apparent.
• Engage with business stakeholders to understand pricing, commercial, and operational requirements. • Translate business needs into structured requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria suitable for delivery teams. • Own the creation and management of requirements and defects within Agile delivery tools (e.g. Jira). • Support backlog refinement, sprint planning, and user acceptance testing by acting as the primary point of clarification between business and technical teams. • Analyse requirements that span multiple enterprise systems, including pricing, quoting, CRM, and downstream operational processes. • Understand how commercial and pricing changes affect proposals, approvals, billing, and reporting. • Partner with cross functional teams to support structured intake, prioritisation, and decision-making processes. • Communicate clearly with senior stakeholders, providing insight into scope, trade‑offs, and delivery considerations.
