Job Description
Founding Account Executive
Blee
• Build and own Blee's EMEA go-to-market motion — from territory mapping and ICP definition to outbound strategy and pipeline creation • Manage existing customer relationships, build additional connections across our customer’s business to expand the Blee footprint in the account • Run the full sales cycle end-to-end: prospecting, discovery, multi-stakeholder navigation, negotiation, and close — with no hand-holding required • Identify and prioritize high-value accounts across key verticals including Fintech, Financial Services, CPG, Travel, and Life Sciences, developing sharp, industry-specific points of view • Lead complex, six-figure SaaS deals with senior buyers across legal, compliance, and marketing functions • Deliver compelling demos and crisp value propositions that land without a pre-sales team backing you up (at least for now) • Establish the foundation for account expansion — running QBRs, deepening relationships, and surfacing upsell and cross-sell opportunities in tandem with Customer Success • Feed intelligence back to leadership on what's working, what isn't, and what the region actually needs — your input will shape how Blee grows globally • Operate as a true owner: track your own pipeline, manage your forecast, and build repeatable processes that scale as the team grows
Job Requirements
- You've carried a $1.5M+ quota and closed $100–$500k deals in complex B2B SaaS — and you've done it without a large support structure around you
- You've built pipeline from scratch before: cold outbound, creative prospecting, network leveraging — whatever it takes
- You're consultative by instinct, skilled at diagnosing real business problems and building cases that resonate with senior stakeholders
- You're comfortable being the only rep in a region and find that motivating, not isolating
- You're organized and rigorous about your own process — you don't need an ops team to tell you how to prioritize or forecast
- You understand the EMEA landscape: buyer dynamics, deal cycles, and the nuances of selling into regulated industries across different markets
- Familiarity with marketing compliance, AI-driven SaaS, or regulated industry workflows is a meaningful plus
- Fluency in an additional European language is a bonus, not a requirement
Benefits
- Competitive salary and equity package
- Bi-annual get-togethers
- Fully paid medical, dental, and vision insurance
- Free access to OneMedical (US Only)
- Company-paid life insurance (US Only)
- Company-sponsored 401k + matching (US Only)
- Flexible time off (with mandatory 15 days off)
- Financial support for work-adjacent learning opportunities
